Zoning / Licensing Applications / Variances

1) 65 Brainerd Rd. (9 – 23 Griggs St.) - Applicant seeks to construct six-story 103 condominium unit building with two levels of underground parking.

2) 9 Gardner St. - Applicant seeks to replace single-story commercial structure with 14 residential units, a general office and underground parking.

3) 226 Harvard Ave. - Applicant wishes to raze existing (former PM Auto Services Gulf gas station) structure and build three- story commercial structure.

4) 254 Market St. - Applicant seeks to legalize basement unit in a two-family house, creating a three-unit dwelling.

5) 145 Guest St. - Applicant seeks offsite temporary storage parking of rental agency cars from lot on Western Ave..

6) 2193 – 2201 Commonwealth Ave. - Applicant wishes to open tanning salon.

7) 25 School St. - Applicant wishes to erect a one-story vertical addition to home.

8) 16 – 18 Snow St. - Applicant seeks to construct a two-family house on open lot.

9) 149 Chiswick Rd. - Applicant seeks to construct a roof deck.
