3) 5-7 Delany Circle: construct single-family house on undersized lot
4) 11 Delany Circle: construct single-family house on small lot, height excessive
5) 149 Strathmore Road: 16 vehicle parking requested
6) 35 Allston Street: off-street parking for 2 cars requested
7) 97-99 Colburne Road: remove and extend decks on 2 family house, 2nd floor deck from 17x5 to 17x20
8) 90 Lakeshore Drive: family wishes to add 2 stories to side of house, to increase living space
9) 296 N. Beacon St.: Samuels Jaguar Motors wishes to legalize trailer on premises
