1)      61 North Beacon Street –Proposal for development of 1.2 acres of commercial/industrial package into 71 condos/lofts and 35 underground parking spots

2)      1915 Beacon St.  -  Applicant (proposed Greek restaurant) wants a liquor license

3)      170 Corey Road  (formerly 296D Allston Street) – Application to increase frontage of building and change occupancy from hospital to skilled nursing facility

4)      462 Washington Street – Applicant wishes to open a Mexican restaurant

5)      1-11 Delaney Circle – Reconfiguration of lots

6)      63 Tremont Street – scaled down version of original plan of 7 units with parking for 14 cars, complete reconfiguration of plans
